How we started …..

Mrs. Dalisay Camacho, who was 83 years old back in 2006 had been living with her son for 13 years. She was a very loving mother and she had always wanted to live independently. His son was a Manager at a telephone company. They both lived a very comfortable life. Everything was in its right place, until Mrs. Camacho acquired a sepsis infection. Since there were only both of them in the United States, with no relatives to rely on for help, Mrs.Camacho's son ended up getting help from some home care agencies to care for her. It was very unfortunate though that the experience of getting help from the agencies turned out to be very frustrating. Aside from most agencies sending untrained caregivers without any introduction from the agency owners, agents or any representatives,  most of the agencies never cared about his mother's well being. When there were problems with the services  provided, the agencies sent replacement caregivers or just avoided calls.

In order to get the best care for his mother, Mrs. Camacho's son ended up putting  his own caregiving agency, just to be able to find the best caregiver for her. This was how American Professional Care Services LLC was formed. It was established out of a son's love for his mother, and this became the company's principle.

 

American Professional Care Services LLC, was established as a family for other families to rely on.  We do not only give the best care to our clients but we also bring families together. We provide caregivers and personal assistants but we engage our full staff to make sure that we deliver our purpose of providing the best comfort and care to every family.
