This page is comprised of all the necessary forms  from your initial application up to being hired for the positions which you applied for. Incomplete forms may delay the application process or may delay your employment even when you are already offered the job. We advise that you review each form prior to submission. If any information is missing, you may be asked to fill up a new form for re-submission. You will be notified thru email of the missing information which needs completed in 5 days or your application will be disregarded.

For new applicants, please complete all the pre-employment forms. If any form is missing, your application will not be processed. Upon submission of all the pre-employment forms, you will receive an email or a call for a personal interview. During interview, you will be required to present  the documents as indicated in the I-9 Form for employment eligibility ( Please review form I-9 for the list of valid documents for verification).

Once your application is considered, you will be required to complete all the employment forms and comply with all the requirements of the California Department of Social Services Home Care Bureau.

The last phase of the employment process is matching your skills and personality to the clients.  You will be accompanied to meet a number of clients for interviews. During interviews, you will be tested of your skills according to the position which you applied for.  We advise that you be truthful with all the information which you provide us, since these information are our basis as we do the match. We need at least two clients' approval to be offered the job.
